How can I register on Natura Ultra?
Registering on Natura Ultra is very simple. In conjunction with your first order, after placing the products in the cart and before going to the checkout, you will find the possibility to register. On My account you will have access to various special features.
I have completed my order but want to add another product. It’s possible?
If the order has been completed, it cannot be changed. A new order must be placed. The only exception is in case of payment by bank transfer and the payment has not yet arrived. In this case you can request the modification to our Customer Service.

How do I redeem a coupon code?
Follow these simple steps:
– Select the desired items.
– Then enter the “shopping cart” heading and click on “buy”.
– Enter the voucher code in the “COUPON” field and click on “APPLY COUPON”. The value of the coupon will be immediately deducted from the total order.
– It is not possible to collect a coupon code for orders already processed.
What payment methods do you offer?
The payment methods we offer are absolutely secure thanks to our advanced technological data protection standards. In no case can these be read by third parties during their transfer and saving on our servers.
You can pay by:
– Credit card: we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club cards. The debit is made after about two days from the order.
– Prepaid cards: Postepay, Carta Aura (following the credit card process)
– Paypal, after registering for free, you can also pay by other debit and credit cards.
– Cash on delivery: only by BRT courier and for amounts less than € 500. Supplement € 2.99. This option is valid only for registered customers. The total amount of the order can be paid to the carrier by cash. Since the courier cannot deliver you will have to prepare the exact amount of the order. If the exact amount is missing, the courier will not be able to deliver your order and will place the package in storage.
– Money transfer in advance.
What are the costs and delivery times?
In Italy we deliver free of charge for orders of € 35.00 * with a total order weight up to 31 kg (* “Single Rate” delivery option). Our packages are packed with up to 31 kg of goods. Orders with an overall higher weight will be divided and shipped, based on weight, in two or more packages. Depending on the value and weight of your cart, a service charge of € 2.99 will apply which will cover the additional costs of a second package.
For deliveries in Switzerland a service charge of € 9.00 will be applied per package.
For orders over € 35, delivery is always free, while for orders less than € 35, the delivery cost is € 9.00, regardless of the courier. .

It may happen that the packages of your order are delivered on different days. If you have received only a part of the order, we invite you to wait 3 working days before contacting our Customer Service

How do I make a return?
